Lucknow: The much-awaited film “Mera Gaon,” produced under the banner of Zero Film Production, had a grand and successful premiere at Gamtiya Banquet, Lucknow, on Sunday. The premiere witnessed an enthusiastic response from the audience and was attended by several prominent personalities associated with the film industry.
Directed by Ratan Sharma and produced by Durgesh Singh, Mera Gaon presents an emotionally rich portrayal of rural life, social values and grassroots realities. The film struck a chord with viewers by highlighting the simplicity, struggles and cultural essence of village India.

The film features an ensemble cast including Durgesh Singh, Raghunath Ji, Ujjwala Ji, Kansika, Raj Shukla, Kanish, Pushpraj, Rakesh Tiwari, Abhinav, S.D. Ji, Prakash, Akhilesh Srivastava Ji, Lal Mohammad Ji and Anju Rastogi Ji, all of whom were widely appreciated for their impactful performances.
The songs of the film have been beautifully rendered by Prashant Sahu and Shweta Sahu. The story and screenplay have been written by Neeraj, while Rajesh Gaurav handled cinematography and Rohit Srivastava was responsible for editing. The film’s attractive poster was designed by Abhishek Tripathi.

The premiere event was further graced by the presence of Deepak Tripathi and Vishal Thakur, who extended their best wishes to the team and praised the film’s concept and execution.
On the same occasion, Zero Film Production also performed the auspicious launch ceremony of its upcoming projects, “Modern Bahu” and “Hum Hain Rajput.” The formal inauguration of these films, accompanied by traditional rituals, added grandeur to the event.
